The Keystoker warm air furnace is built to deliver maximum heat. At the lowest initial investment and lowest operational cost, a large silent air circulating blower will assure complete circulation of warm, filtered air throughout the entire area to be heated.

The downdraft heat exchanger increases heating surface, permitting circulation of every thermal unit of heat into the warm air lender pipes for rapid distribution.

Sealed ash pit assures clean dust-free operation.

Five sizes available:  125,000 150,000 250,000 350,000 450,000

Standard equipment includes: three controls, room thermostat timer, relay control, blower and motor, fiberglass filters, and two ASL receptacles.

Available options:

• Dual fuel burning either coal or oil
• Stainless steel water coil will pre-heat water heater within 10' of furnace.

A simple feed mechanism with very few moving parts, which can easily be adjusting and maintained by the average householder. Troublesome belts, sheer pins, and worn conveyors have been eliminated. A secondary combustion fan allows boiler to operate with a small fire to use less coal, eliminate overhearing, and will maintain a fire in any draft condition.

Keystoker Radiant Stoves

HF70/HF90 Freestanding

The Keystoker hand fired 70-90 requires no electricity but is still automatic. The stove is equipped with an automatic thermostat to regulate the air flow used for combustion, set by your touch, then controlled by stove temperature to provide a steady source of even heat for maximum comfort.

A deep fire box allows for long burn time between tending of the stove. The deep fire box coupled with upper and lower rows of heated fire brick will:

1. Result in most complete burning of coal

2. Extract maximum amount of heat from coal

3. Enable an attractive small parlor stove to heat a large area

The keystoker top loading hopper fed hand fired has a stainless steel hopper that holds 75 pounds of anthracite pea or nut coal. It is Equipped with an automatic thermostat to regulate the air flow providing a steady heat source that will keep you warm for years to come. It comes with 2 ash pans and a standard 45 cfm blower and optional brass trim. Available in a solid steel or glass top.

Keystoker Koker Furnace

The Keystoker 160,000 BTU double wall constructed Koker furnace has a 9" wide flat grate stoker and patented thermal heat exchanger.  This popular furnace can be used as an add-on or used freestanding to heat a small home. It comes with an opening on the front (3 X 25) and an opening on the top (11X19) to distribute warm clean air into your home.

Tested at 88 to 90% Efficiency

The Koker can be chimney vented or direct vented. It is completely automatic, working off a Honeywell Room Thermostat. Optional stainless steel water coil available.

Keystoker A-120 Furnace

The Keystoker A-120 Add-On Furnace is made from heavy gauge American steel and has an insulated metal jacket. It burns anthracite rice and buckwheat coal. All surfaces that are in contact with hot gases are wiped with air from convection blower to exhaust maximum amount of heat from furnace.

Comes in right and left hand models.

Furnace is heated with our patented flat grate stoker. Comes complete with necessary controls and thermostat. Optional water coil available.
