Maintenance
Keystoker provides routine maintenance for owners of Keystoker products. Our routine maintenance includes cleaning coal stove, boilers, & warm air furnaces as well as oiling motors and checking the oil level in the gear boxes. When we do our routine maintenance we make sure we clean and replace stack pipes and make sure that your stove, furnace, or boiler is running efficiently. Please note that not all Keystoker dealers provide routine maintenance or plans so please check with your local Keystoker dealer.
Plan 1 – Complete Summer Overhaul & Tune Up
- Install oil filter cartridge and burner nozzle
- Clean and inspect electrodes/nozzle assembly
- Brush clean and vacuum interior of boiler or furnace, flue pipe and chimney base
- Properly lubricate all motor bearings
- Inspect combustion chamber
- Check pump and pump strainer
- Inspect Oil lines for possible leaks
- Take draft test and adjust draft regulator
- Do smoke test and adjust air if necessary
- Check all operating controls
Plan 2 – Complete Summer Overhaul & Tune Up + 24/7 Emergency Calls
You will receive everything from plan 1 and have the comfort of 24/7 emergency service calls.
A trained technician will be available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for emergency service, to repair or replace parts that are covered under plan 3 with no labor costs
Plan 3 – Complete Summer Overhual & Tune Up + Parts Insurance
You will receive everything from plan 1plus having parts insurance. Under parts insurance a trained technician will be available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week with no labor costs to repair or replace all parts listed below, from the date of signed contract till April 30, 2018 (After April 30, 2018 contracts are subject to change).
